  2. Free Resizing:

    • We understand that the perfect fit is crucial. Our warranty includes free resizing services to accommodate changes in finger size. Please note that resizing may be limited depending on the design and intricacy of the piece.

Conditions and Exclusions:

  1. Alterations by Unauthorized Parties:
    • Any alterations or repairs performed by individuals or entities not authorized by us will void the warranty.
  1. Loss or Theft:

    • The warranty does not cover the loss or theft of your jewelry. We recommend obtaining insurance to protect against such events.
  2. Natural Wear and Tear:

    • Normal wear and tear over time, including scratches and dents, are covered under the warranty. However, if the ring is damaged and a new setting is required to fix the ring we offer repair services at a reasonable cost for such issues.
  3. Custom Engagement Ring/Wedding Bands
    • For any ring that requires fancy shape diamonds or round stones larger than .10CT , if the stone is lost, there is a small fee to cover the loose stone. Repair is free under warranty.
